Chateau’s Repair

Each case shall confront unique issues. Hence, we need you to take clear photos of the parts that need fixing, and preliminary assessments and suggestions would be made. Only when we receive the products can we make final assessments of fixing availability and the final charges, if there were any charges at all.

Each item is granted with warranty of 7 months, starting from the date of purchase. In the case of defects within warranty, Chateau will cover all shipping and repair fees. Therefore, Chateau will provide customers with a prepaid shipping label via email. Print and attach it to your package, and no payment would be required.

For out-of-warranty products, Chateau will still provide free assessment via clear photos, but customers would need to pay the round-trip shipping and the repair charges.

After evaluation of our craftsman, we need you to ship the product(s) internationally to Shanghai, where our headquarter is located.
